Bread that completes the plate
Our handmade fresh rotis are rolled in-house and cooked to a soft, lightly blistered finish—perfect for scooping up dal, gravies, and chutneys. Simple, warm, essential.
What makes our rotis different
- Made to order: Rolled and cooked fresh so they reach your table soft and pliable.
- Lightly blistered, never dry: Tender center with just the right char at the edges.
- Balanced & versatile: Designed to complement, not overpower, your mains.
How we make them
We keep it classic: wheat flour, water, a pinch of salt, and proper heat. Technique matters—gentle rolling, quick cooking, a brief rest so the roti stays soft.
Best pairings
- Dal & Thakali Thali: Scoop lentils and sides for a homestyle feel.
- Tikka Masala / Butter Chicken / Veg Curries: Saucy mains meet soft bread—perfect match.
- Chutneys & Achaar: A little tang and heat on warm roti is instantly addictive.
Dietary notes
Our rotis are wheat-based (contains gluten). Prefer no butter? Ask for a dry roti (we’ll cook with oil/keep plain on request).
Ordering tips
Add 2–3 rotis per person if sharing multiple curries, or 1–2 with a thali. They travel well for takeaway—keep them wrapped until serving. Browse the full menu for pairings.
Quick FAQ
- Are they vegan? Yes, on request (made without butter/ghee).
- Naan vs. Roti? Roti is lighter/whole-wheat; naan is richer/fluffier.
- Reheat? Yes—briefly on a hot pan to bring back softness.
Make it a meal
